Now, Laura Riddick has brought out a great new website that has business records (like DBA records and assumed name filings) as well as real estate records online back to 1775!  The business records are key for North Carolina business litigators and transaction lawyers alike.  The real estate documents are an enormous help to Wake County real estate litigators, for example Raleigh real estate dispute lawyers who have to retrieve and analyze recorded deeds and other instruments to represent their clients inpartition actionsadverse possession disputes, or boundary disputes.
